Refund Policy

The JITT Group Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 11, 2025

At The JITT Group – Journey Into Thoughtful Transformation, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional coaching, training, and consulting services. Your growth and satisfaction are important to us, and we understand that unexpected changes happen. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds for our services, including coaching sessions, workshops, events, and digital products.

1. Coaching Services (Individual & Executive Coaching)

  • Cancellations: To receive a full refund, coaching sessions must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at the coach’s discretion.

  • Packages: For prepaid coaching packages, clients may request a pro-rated refund for unused sessions within the first 3 days of purchase, minus a $50 administrative fee.

2. Workshops, Mastermind Sessions, & Group Trainings

  • Cancellation by Client:

    • Cancellations made 5 business days or more before the start of the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made within 1 -4 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Non-Attendance: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without prior written notice.

  • Cancellation by The JITT Group: If a program is canceled or rescheduled by The JITT Group, clients will have the option to receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

3. Digital Products & Assessments

  • Due to the nature of digital content (e.g., eBooks, workbooks, DISC assessments), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing a product, please contact us at admin@thejittgroup.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

  • Documented medical emergencies

  • Verified system failures (on our end) that prevented access to services

  • Ethical breaches on the part of The JITT Group staff

5. How to Request a Refund

Include your full name, date of purchase, service or product name, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Policy Updates

The JITT Group reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
